TUGADE and the Secretary of Department of Finance Carlos G. DOMINGUEZ III.

The construction of the OPV 270, Offshore Patrol Vessel of 84 m for the Philippines Coat Guards is still under construction at OCEA shipyard for a delivery in August 2019.
