OCEA, European leader in Aluminium Shipbuilding
Founded in 1987, in Les Sables d’Olonne, OCEA is one of the pioneers in aluminum shipbuilding and one of the major aluminum industrial manufacturers. From the very beginning, OCEA has an internal design capacity and focuses on the management of the maritime territory and operations inside the Exclusive Economic Zone area. Specializing in the design, building and support of aluminium vessels, OCEA has rapidly expanded since its establishment.
Today, with more than 500 employees, four production sites in France, located along the French Atlantic Coast (Les Sables d’Olonne, Saint-Nazaire, La Rochelle and Fontenay-le-Comte), one production site in the United Kingdom and one in the Philippines, OCEA delivers annually 15 to 20 vessels up to 120 m long, monohulls or catamarans, to address the following markets:
