Charles, Prince of Wales on board the “P188 NNS EKULU”, an OCEA FPB110 MKII

The Nigerian Navy in Lagos, on Wednesday 7th of November, hosted the Prince of Wales who was on a three-day business and cultural tour of Nigeria.

His Royal Highness was welcomed on board the “P188 NNS EKULU”, an OCEA FPB110 MKII harbored at the Victoria Island Shipyard, within the maritime cooperation between the United Kingdom and Nigeria. The tour of the delegation included a 50 minutes boat trip accompanied by the Nigerian officials.

This visit gave OCEA’s Technical Assistance Team the opportunity to point out to the Nigerian officers, who were very pleased with their presentation, the great design and technology of OCEA’s range of vessels. This new-generation FPB features the latest standards issued from OCEA R&D optimizing cost of operation, comfort on board and operational readiness of the crews.
